Withdrawal and Returns of Products
Always trying to serve you in the best possible way, the company Living Objects offers you the possibility of free return within 30 days, from the date of purchase of the product.
Visit the Living Objects store in Glyfada where they will be happy to serve you for your change. Once the product has been tested you can make a new purchase or get a one-year credit note.
Return to Center (courier delivery)
If you wish to return with courier product / s that you purchased or received from Living Objects store, for any reason (except defective or broken – analysis follows – or incorrect order) you can within 30 days, following the steps below:
– Put the product (s) in their packaging, together with the corresponding receipt
– Send your product / s by courier of your choice to the Return Center, assuming the shipping costs.
The address to which you should send your package is: Lazaraki 16, 16675, Glyfada
with the indication: “RETURN OF GOODS”
Gifts
In case you have been offered a gift by Living Objects Glyfada and you would like to return it, contact us by e-mail at info@livingobjects.gr or by phone at 0030 210 8940347 to arrange its return and shipment new product. Please note that the cost of return and shipping of the new product is borne by the customer.
Defective product
If the product you ordered is not satisfied with you (it is defective or you received it broken) do not hesitate to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt (in its packaging) and we will take all necessary steps to replace it. The relevant shipping costs are borne entirely by Living Objects Glyfada.
